This is the main parking for the main terminal. Skyways and elevators get you into Lindbergh without a bus. It is also the ramp that fills when the 7 a.m. bank leaves for the coasts. If it is Limited and you are on Delta, wait in the inbound rather than hiding at Terminal 2.
